Any variations from what is included in the standard packages will incur additional charges.

50% of the full total is to be paid on approval of the quote before any work will begin. The balance must be paid on completion before we upload to your domain or deliver to you.

Only payment via electronic funds transfer or cash will be accepted.

Banking details will be supplied on processing of your order.

E-mail correspondence will be considered as formal acceptance of any development.

We reserve the right to suspend any domain of which the hosting has not been paid within two weeks of the hosting renewal invoice.

We cannot be held accountable for copyright infringements. Please ensure all content you submit to us is your own or you have full permission to use it.

We require all the relevant information for your site within 7 working days from the time you pay the 50% deposit. Should we not receive all of the content within this period, we will assume that you have sent us everything, and we will complete the project. Addition of this content thereafter will be billed additionally.

Hosting and domain registration costs are excluded from website design costs unless otherwise specified.
